Delete your account

You can delete your Ringaway account yourself in the app. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will do it for you.

In the app

1. Open Ringaway and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Read what will happen to your numbers and credit, then confirm.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile are closed, and your personal details are removed or anonymised.
• Your numbers are scheduled for release and are released after 14 days; after that they cannot be restored.
• Any identity or address documents we hold are deleted, and we ask the provider to do the same.
• Push-notification tokens are removed.

What we keep

Payment records and the credit ledger are kept for seven years to meet UK accounting and tax duties. They are not used for anything else. See the Privacy policy for more.
